I'm not the best match for manufacturing or retail-based businesses. It's not because I don't have love for them, but it's simply because I specialize in other areas.

How I Work

There are two approaches I take with clients.

Project Based

Many businesses often find themselves in need of quickly implementing ideas or solving problems. I offer a solution called the Impact Sprint, where I'll work closely with you to identify the necessary steps and assist you in achieving your goals within a timeframe of 60 days or less.

I won't simply delegate the work to you; I'll actively collaborate with you and your team throughout the entire process.

By partnering with me, you gain access to my team of expert professionals who will help you accomplish tasks that have a rapid and direct impact on your business.

Fractional COO Retainer

I'll join your team and provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operations and projects. I'll function as a regular COO, but on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent choice for small businesses that are on a growth trajectory but aren't quite large enough yet to hire a full-time COO with a high executive salary and all the perks.

So, you'll gain the necessary experience at an affordable price.
