But I don’t have pre-priced retainer packages because there are a lot of things that can impact fees.

Fees vary based on the complexity of your business needs, the transformation you’d like to create in your business, and how quickly you want to move forward.

I customize engagements based on your business needs, with fees ranging from $4,000 to $8,000 per month and engagements are three months or longer.

There aren't any initiation or setup fees.

  • How is a Fractional COO different from an Operations Director or Project Manager?

    An F-COO works across the organization coordinating and improving all the functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Operations (Service Delivery/Customer Service), Finance and Human Resources. An Operations Director focuses only one functional area, Operations. A Project Manager works on one or more projects within a functional area.

  • How much does it cost to hire a Fractional COO?

    I offer customized engagements based on your business needs, with retained services ranging from $4,000 to $8,000 monthly.

  • What will my time investment be?

    If you’re new to working with me, you can expect to invest two to four hours per week as we develop a CEO-COO working relationship. After that, you’ll probably spend one hour per week discussing strategy and making decisions.

  • Are you remote or do you work in our office?

    The bulk of our work is done remote. However, there is no substitute for face-to-face, and I like to get together in-person for quarterly and/or annual strategic planning meetings when possible.

  • How often do you work with me and my team?

    Most engagements are at least 1 day per week, though some packages warrant less frequent touchpoints.

  • What if I already have someone on my team serving as a COO or Operations Leader?

    No problem, I'd be happy to work as additional executive leadership, but I play nice in the sandbox and can serve as a complement to your leadership team and help fill any gaps that may exist. I can also help mentor your existing COO or Operations Leader.
